Planning granted under application reference 16/03029/FULLS for a large Detached House in this beautiful village within the Conservation Area. 

We worked very hard over a number of months to secure this consent with a view to build out and put to the market. The owner subsequently decided to buy back from us and is soon to start the project themselves and move in.
