Blue Leaf Projects offers a service that allows us to manage Planning Applications from the initial Concept and Design, managing the Consultee and Pre-Application process to an Outline or Detailed Planning Application submission. Some Applications are very complex and require conversation with Planning Officers and Consultants. We have access to many Local Authorities and their Officers and can help remove the stress and layers of bureaucracy.

We work with well respected Architects, Heritage, Ecology, Tree and Nitrate Consultants which allow us to be focused and prepared for the sometimes-difficult Application Process that lies ahead. Let Blue Leaf take away the pressure and deal with planning process that leads to either a delegated decision or planning committee meeting.

We also arrange for the sale of sites for retained clients. We have access to all the main PLC’s and Regional Developers and continue to arrange the disposal of many sites. We are happy and feel privileged that we are trusted with some wonderful development schemes.

Southampton

Delighted to have acquired Doves Vauxhall in Southampton for McCarthy & Stone. Great to act for such a progressive company.
West Wellow

Extension of an existing bungalow and one new detached property. Planning Application submitted in July 2020.

Provision of Two Tied Cottages to exiting Stud Farm. Change of Use Application for use of farmland and erection of a Large Barn to enable further grazing of Equine Stock.

Sale of 5 Unit Scheme in Romsey. Acting for a Private Client we have negotiated the sale of an existing consent to a well-established Local Developer.
North Dorset

The sale of a 78 unit planning approved scheme in North Dorset for a Private Client.
New Forest

A large allocated site that will be sold by Blue Leaf in the latter part of 2020. Instructed by a Private Client to act on their behalf for a bespoke site in the New Forest.
